Monthly Luncheon Reservation Form
Please fill out the below form to confirm your seat at the Houston Military Affairs Committee Monthly Luncheon. You will need to select the date of the luncheon you are reserving for. Lunch is included as part of your reservation. Reservations are $30.00 per person payable online by credit/debit card or electronic check. You can also pay at the door, the day of the luncheon. Once this form is submitted, you will be redirected to the payment page for payment instructions.
